Our role is advisory and supportive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees will be agreed in advance
- Monthly retainers are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
We do not guarantee avoidance of enforcement action by regulatory authorities.
